HugoWiFi: ISP Billing Platform in Kenya

M-Pesa STK Push Billing

Subscribers pay via M-Pesa directly from their phone. The system sends a payment prompt, confirms receipt, and activates access — zero manual work.

Plain English: "STK Push" means the system sends a pop-up payment prompt to the subscriber's phone. No app install needed.

Voucher & Scratch Card Support

Generate, distribute, and validate prepaid access vouchers. Ideal for reseller networks and areas with cash-based customers.

Plain English: Physical scratch cards or digital vouchers — customers redeem a code for timed internet access.

Hotspot Gateway Integration

Works with MikroTik, Ubiquiti, and TP-Link captive portals. Automatically authenticates subscribers after payment.

Plain English: "Captive portal" is the login page that pops up when you connect to public WiFi. HugoWiFi controls who gets through.

Subscriber Analytics Dashboard

Real-time visibility into active users, bandwidth consumption, revenue trends, and churn risk — all in one place.

Plain English: "Churn risk" means subscribers likely to leave. The dashboard flags them before they go.

Reseller & Agent Management

Create reseller tiers, track commissions, and manage voucher inventory across distributed agent networks.

Plain English: Resellers buy vouchers at wholesale and sell to end users — HugoWiFi tracks who sold what and how much commission they earn.
